The service network now covers Riyadh, Tabuk, and Jeddah, providing comprehensive support to Beilite Machinery’s customers throughout Saudi Arabia.
The team in Saudi Arabia consists of 46 professionals, including six sales supervisors, two after-sales supervisors, and 30 after-sales service technicians. Among them are six foreign experts, all with over five years of experience in hydraulic breaker repair and maintenance.
Operational since February 2021, the Riyadh service point features a maintenance workshop and a parts warehouse with an inventory valued at approximately $7 million for hydraulic breakers and $3.5 million in spare parts. The facility is also equipped with six service vehicles for efficient on-site support.
Beilite, whose European distribution is managed by ACDE Europe, stated that the service network is designed to minimize equipment downtime and improve support efficiency for customers in the region.
