Haver & Boecker Niagara Appoints New Engineering Manager in Australia

Haver & Boecker Niagara is excited to announce Paulo Totti as the new engineering manager for its Australian team, effective February 3, 2026. Totti will report to Australian national sales manager Duncan Hooper and will lead engineering services and technical support to strengthen the company’s sales efforts in Australia. He will also coordinate global engineering resources to ensure alignment with Haver & Boecker Niagara’s business objectives.

“We are excited to have Paulo join our team. He brings a proven track record of technical leadership and a deep understanding of our global engineering standards,” said Duncan Hooper, Australian national sales manager at Haver & Boecker Niagara. “Additionally, his experience across multiple regions, combined with his strong connection to our Latin American operations, gives him a unique perspective that will directly benefit our customers in Australia.”

Totti joins Haver & Boecker Niagara’s Australian operations from Haver & Boecker Latinoamericana in Brazil, where he was responsible for the areas of R&D and engineering at the São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Pará locations.

“I’m excited to take on this new challenge and contribute to the continued growth of Haver & Boecker Niagara in Australia,” Totti said. “Working closely with our global engineering teams will allow us to deliver more integrated solutions and even stronger technical support for our customers across the region.”

Totti received an MBA from FGV — Fundação Getulio Vargas — and a degree in mechanical engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) in Brazil.
