Saipem wins contracts worth over $900 million

Saipem has secured contracts totaling €850 million, awarded for two distinct offshore projects

Saipem, an offshore services provider, has clinched two significant contracts worth a combined €850 million ($910.83 million) for offshore projects in Côte d’Ivoire and Italy.

The first contract, awarded by Eni Côte d’Ivoire and Petroci, involves Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines (SURF) services for the Baleine Phase 2 project. This project, located in Côte d’Ivoire’s offshore region at a water depth of 1,200 meters, includes the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) of approximately 20 kilometres of rigid lines, 10 kilometres of flexible risers and jumpers, and 15 kilometres of umbilicals. Saipem’s offshore construction vessels will conduct the installation work in 2024.
