ENEC and Presight Unveil ENECIQ: A Pioneering AI Platform Driving Digital Transformation in the UAE’s Nuclear Energy Sector

The Emirates Nuclear Energy Company (ENEC) has partnered with Presight, a leading global AI and big data analytics company, to co-develop ENECIQ, an advanced independent agentic AI platform aimed at accelerating insights, decision-making, and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

The launch of ENECIQ represents a key milestone in ENEC’s digital transformation journey, reinforcing its commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency and innovation across corporate and support operations. The secure, intelligent platform seamlessly integrates AI into ENEC’s internal systems, offering context-aware assistance, automating tasks, and enabling data-driven decision-making to boost overall productivity.

By drawing on ENEC’s extensive internal knowledge bases, ENECIQ empowers employees to generate tailored insights, summarise technical reports, analyse project KPIs, and quickly access essential documentation and procedures. The integration of AI into daily workflows allows teams to focus more on innovation, strategic planning, and problem-solving, enhancing organisational agility and performance.

Developed within ENEC’s secure cloud environment, ENECIQ operates independently from the company’s nuclear reactor systems, fully complying with international and local standards of data security and governance.

H.E. Mohamed Al Hammadi, Managing Director and Group CEO of ENEC, said, “At ENEC, we are continuously advancing our operations through the adoption of next-generation technologies. Our collaboration with Presight and the development of ENECIQ enable us to embed AI capabilities that are tailored to our specific needs, further strengthening our position as a global leader in nuclear excellence. This initiative represents another step forward in achieving operational efficiency and innovation across all levels of the organisation.”

Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, added, “ENECIQ represents a pioneering achievement in sovereign agentic AI deployment for critical national infrastructure. It is one of the most advanced corporate-wide AI implementations, built to operate within a highly complex and secure data environment where precision, reliability, and integrity are paramount. This collaboration highlights the transformative power of sovereign AI in the energy sector — enhancing resilience, accelerating decision-making, and unlocking efficiencies that align with the UAE’s broader vision for energy and AI-driven progress.”
